Acceptable Use Policy

You must use DePay only for lawful purposes and only where accepting crypto payments is permitted for you and your customers.

Do not use DePay for fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, malware distribution, or the sale of goods or services that are illegal where you operate.

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, tamper with payment verification, abuse our infrastructure, or interfere with other merchants' payment links.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Because DePay is non-custodial, suspension does not affect funds already sent on-chain.
