This document is a working draft provided for transparency while DePay is in early release. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change.

1. Data we collect

Account data (email address and, if you provide it, a business name and branding settings), payment link data you create (description, amount, asset, receiving wallet), and technical data such as logs needed to operate the service.

2. On-chain data

Solana transactions are public by design. Wallet addresses, amounts and transaction signatures exist on the public blockchain independently of DePay and cannot be deleted by us.

3. How we use it

To operate your account, create and display payment links, verify payments on Solana, enforce plan limits, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

4. Processors

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database and authentication, and on Solana RPC providers to read blockchain data. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep account and payment link data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account data through our contact page; on-chain records cannot be removed.
