Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

This document is a working draft provided for transparency while DePay is in early release. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change.

1. What DePay is

DePay is software that lets a merchant create a payment link and share it with a customer. Payments are sent directly on the Solana network from the customer's wallet to the wallet address the merchant provides. DePay never holds, routes or controls funds.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your receiving wallet secure, and for the accuracy of every wallet address you enter. Transactions on Solana are irreversible and cannot be undone by DePay.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a limited number of payment links per calendar month. Pro is billed as a fixed amount of USDC on Solana for a 30-day period and does not renew automatically unless you start a new payment. Crypto payments made for Pro are non-refundable once verified on-chain.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DePay for unlawful activity or in a way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks, RPC providers and third-party wallets are outside our control and may be delayed or unavailable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DePay is not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
